Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Aliensshopping. We are committed to producing your order carefully and shipping it as quickly as our made-to-order model allows. Please review our Shipping Policy before placing an order.

1. PRODUCTION TIME (MADE TO ORDER)

All products on Aliensshopping are made to order. After your order is placed and payment is confirmed, items enter production at our partner facilities. Production time covers printing, assembly, quality checks, and packaging.

  • Canvas wall art: typically 3 to 5 business days from order confirmation.
  • Apparel (T-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies): typically 3 to 7 business days from order confirmation.
  • Personalized items that require customer-submitted photos or details may add 1 to 2 business days, depending on response time.

Production does not run on weekends or on the following U.S. public holidays:

  • New Year’s Day (Jan 1)
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents’ Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (Jul 4)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (Dec 24–25)

Production time is separate from transit time. Total estimated delivery is production time plus transit time, listed in Section 3 below.

2. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship to:

  • Domestic – United States (nationwide, excluding P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands).
  • International – Germany and France only (standard international delivery).

If your country is not listed above, we are not able to ship to your address at this time.

3. SHIPPING METHOD, TIME & COST

Domestic (United States):

  • Method: Standard Ground Delivery
  • Estimated transit time: 6 to 10 business days after production
  • Flat rate: $5.99 per order
  • Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (selected based on location, package size, and service availability)

International (Germany and France):

  • Method: Standard International Delivery
  • Estimated transit time: 8 to 15 business days after production
  • Flat rate: $12.99 per order
  • Carriers: DHL, UPS, or FedEx (depending on region and service availability)

Example total delivery time. A canvas order placed Monday typically completes production by the following Monday and arrives at a US address within 6 to 10 business days after that. Your order confirmation and shipping confirmation emails will include estimated dates specific to your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

4. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. After 12 hours, orders enter production and cannot be canceled. You may still request a shipping address update before dispatch, subject to confirmation by our team.

5. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Lost shipments. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  1. Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff.
  2. Look around your property (mailbox, porch, garage, side door).
  3. Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If the package is still not located, please email us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Delayed shipments. Standard delivery times are listed above. Delays may occur due to severe weather, customs clearance (for international shipments), peak seasonal demand, carrier disruptions, or incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us for support.

Damaged shipments. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the product and the outer packaging.
  2. Email them with your order number to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery.
  3. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement or refund. If a physical return is required, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. OUR COMMITMENT

We work hard to produce your order carefully and ship it within the timelines listed above. Shipping issues are uncommon, and when they do happen we respond promptly to resolve them. If anything about your order does not look right, contact us and we will help.
