1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. This includes printing (if applicable), quality checks, and packaging. Orders are not processed on weekends or the following U.S. public holidays:
- New Year’s Day (Jan 1)
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (Jul 4)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day (Dec 24–25)
2. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We only ship within the United States. We do not deliver to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
- U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- Any international destination outside the U.S.
3. SHIPPING METHOD, TIME & COST
- Method: Standard Ground Delivery
- Estimated Delivery Time: 6–10 business days after processing
- Flat Rate: $5.99 per order
- Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (chosen based on location, item size, and delivery speed)
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4. ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
You may modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing [email protected]. After 12 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled, but you can update the shipping address before dispatch.
5. LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Lost Shipments: If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or building staff.
- Look around your property (mailbox, porch, garage).
- Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If still not found, email us within 7 days of the expected delivery date for investigation and possible replacement or refund.
Delayed Shipments: While our standard delivery time is 6–10 business days, delays may occur due to severe weather, peak seasonal demand, carrier disruptions, or incorrect addresses. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after shipping, contact us for assistance.
Damaged Shipments: If your item arrives damaged:
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Email them with your order number to [email protected] within 3 days of delivery.
- We will assess and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate. Return shipping will be covered if required.
