Refunds & Returns

By placing an order through Aliensshopping, you agree to the following Return & Refund Policy. These terms apply to customers who have placed orders shipped to the United States, Germany, or France. Coverage is limited to the countries listed on our Shipping Policy page.

A. RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below. Eligibility depends on whether the item is a standard product or a personalized, made-to-order product.

Standard (non-personalized) items. You may return standard items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be in original condition: unused, in original packaging, and free of damage, signs of installation, or alteration. For apparel, items must be unworn with original tags attached. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is required.

Personalized and made-to-order items. Many products on Aliensshopping are personalized with customer-submitted photos, names, dates, family configurations, or other custom details. Because these items are produced specifically for you and cannot be resold, they are not eligible for return for change of mind or for errors in the customization details you submitted. We will replace, reprint, or refund any personalized item that arrives defective, damaged in transit, or printed incorrectly due to a production error on our side. Please review your customization details carefully before placing an order.

Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance

  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Items returned without original packaging or with signs of installation, use, or damage caused after delivery
  • Personalized or custom-made items, except as described above

B. RETURN AUTHORIZATION

Our shipments do not include a pre-paid return label. To initiate a return, please email [email protected] first to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, we will email you the return shipping address along with a return authorization number.

Please do not ship items back without prior approval. Returns sent without a return authorization may be refused or significantly delayed.

C. RETURN PROCESS

To request a return, please email [email protected] with the following information:

  • Your order number and full name
  • Proof of purchase (screenshot or receipt)
  • Reason for return
  • Clear video or photo evidence if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

Once reviewed, you will receive confirmation by email (typically within 72 hours) along with return instructions and the return shipping address. After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Banks may require an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

D. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and the outer packaging. We will review the claim and arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund. If a physical return is required, we will cover the return shipping cost.

E. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available for defective items, incorrect items, incorrect sizes shipped due to our error, or items damaged in transit. Please contact [email protected] to arrange an exchange. Exchanges are not available for personalized or made-to-order items, except in the cases described in Section A.

F. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free return shipping — for defective, damaged, or incorrect products (return authorization required, evidence required).
  • Customer responsibility — for returns due to change of mind or ordering the wrong product on standard items.
  • Shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  • No restocking fees are applied.
  • Clear video or photographic evidence is required for any claim involving defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Evidence is not required for change-of-mind returns on eligible standard items.

G. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive the returned item and complete inspection. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Banks may require an additional 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account. Once a refund has been processed on our side, we will send you a confirmation email.

H. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund. After this window, items enter production and cannot be canceled. Cancellation requests after 12 hours are treated as a “Change of Mind” return and must follow the return process described above.

Important: Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete at checkout. Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer are the customer’s responsibility, and any reshipping fees will be charged to the customer.
