By placing a order through Aliensshopping, you agree to the terms below. These policies apply to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and other listed countries.

A. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original condition, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

B. HELP! I CAN’T FIND MY RETURN LABEL

Our packages do not include return labels. Contact [email protected] and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

C. RETURN PROCESS

To start a return, contact [email protected] with:

  • Order number and full name
  • Proof of purchase (screenshot)
  • Reasons for return
  • Video or photo of defective/damaged product for refund or replacement

Once confirmed (usually within 72 hours), you’ll receive an email confirmation. Refunds are issued within 7 days; your bank may take additional 3–5 business days.

D. DAMAGED AND WRONG PRODUCTS OR ISSUES

Inspect your order upon reception and contact [email protected] immediately if defective, damaged, or wrong.

E. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only for defective, wrong, wrong size, or damaged products. Contact [email protected] to arrange.

F. Return Shipping Cost

  • No cost for defective products.
  • Customer pays return shipping for non-defective items.
  • No refund of shipping cost for ordering wrong product.
  • Returns by mail, no restocking fee.
  • Always attach clear video or photo showing the product and reason for return.

G. REFUNDS

Refunds are issued within 7 days after inspection to the original payment method. Bank processing may take 3–5 days.

H. CANCELLATIONS

Orders must be canceled within 12 hours for full refund. After that, treated as “Change of Mind” return.

Ensure correct delivery address. Incorrect addresses causing failed delivery are at the customer’s risk.
