Production (made to order): 3–5 business days for canvas, 3–7 business days for apparel. Personalized items requiring customer photos or details may add 1–2 business days. No production on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.
Domestic (USA): Standard Ground, 6–10 business days after production, $5.99 flat rate. Excludes P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, and U.S. territories.
International (Germany & France): Standard International, 8–15 business days after production, $12.99 flat rate.
Order changes / cancellations: Email [email protected] within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, items enter production and cannot be canceled.
Lost shipments: Contact support within 30 days of expected delivery with your order number.
Damaged shipments: Contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

30-day returns (standard items): Within 30 days of delivery, in original unused condition. Apparel must be unworn with original tags attached. Receipt or proof of purchase required.
Personalized / made-to-order items: These are produced specifically for you and are not eligible for return for change of mind or for errors in the customization details you submitted. We will replace, reprint, or refund any personalized item that arrives defective, damaged in transit, or printed incorrectly by us.
Warranty (defective, damaged, or wrong items): Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement, reprint, or refund. Return shipping is on us if a physical return is required.
Return process: Email support first to receive a return authorization and return shipping address. Please do not ship items back without prior approval — returns sent without authorization may be refused or delayed.
Return shipping costs: Free for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. Customer pays for change-of-mind returns on eligible standard items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. No restocking fees.
Refunds: Issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the return, to the original payment method. Banks may require an additional 3–5 business days.
