At Aliensshopping, we work with trusted payment providers to make checkout secure and straightforward. This page explains the payment methods we accept, how the payment process works, and how your payment information is protected.

All transactions on aliensshopping.com are processed in United States Dollars (USD). If you pay with a card issued in a different currency, your card issuer will apply the current exchange rate, and any foreign transaction fees charged by your bank are the responsibility of the cardholder.
How the checkout process works
- When you complete your order on the Site, you will be transferred to our secure payment gateway.
- From the payment gateway, you can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal.
- Your card or PayPal account is charged at the time of order confirmation, not at the time of shipping. This is because your item enters production immediately after payment is confirmed.
- Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation email from [email protected] with your order number and a summary of your purchase.
- If payment fails or is declined, your order will not be created. You may try a different payment method or contact your card issuer.
Security
- All transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) technology.
- We do not store full credit or debit card numbers on our servers. Card information is collected and processed directly by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway.
- PayPal payments are processed through PayPal’s own secure platform; we do not see or store your PayPal login credentials.
- We do not charge any additional fees for using any of the accepted payment methods listed above. The price you see at checkout is the total amount that will be charged.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically appear on your account within 7 business days after processing on our side, though banks and card issuers may require an additional 3 to 5 business days to post the refund. Billing descriptor
Charges from Aliensshopping appear on your bank or card statement as “Aliensshopping” or “CustomCraze LLC”, depending on your card issuer.
